Hello, I'm Kris Demarest, the owner of Heritage Appraisals, a licensed real estate appraiser proudly serving York, Chester, Lancaster, Mecklenburg, and Gaston Counties. Growing up in the York area and graduating from Northwestern High School, I also earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology and Network Administration from York Technical College.

Let me introduce my family. My wife, Lauren, is a dedicated kindergarten teacher, and our two sons, Landon and Cooper, are active in youth sports baseball.
